Keto Diet – Day 1

I was so excited to try the Keto (ketogenic) diet because I really wanted to shed off 10 lbs from my current weight. I work out 2-3x a week. I’m finding it more difficult each time because after my work out I have a tendency to eat more. *sigh*

Anyways, I did great on my first day on Keto, btw and I felt proud of myself for my discipline. Omitting rice from my meals was not that difficult, I was okay with it. No cravings at all. 🙂

This was my late breakfast/ brunch –looks delicious, right? Yum.

I made my snack too –Keto fat bombs

This is just ok with me. It’s lacking in sweetness but I can live with it. I’m still fine 🙂

Dinner was boiled bone-in pork with watercress. I usually have this with plenty of rice but I was able to restrain myself. Yay.


So that’s my first day on Keto diet. I felt fine. No regrets for starting this fact I was very optimistic that I could do this. It’s not difficult at all
